Goals

• Monitor the development of various aspects of Tippecanoe County’s infrastructure.
• Provide input in the decision-making process thereof.

Committees

Environmental Task Force

• Provides programs and technical assistance to advance environmental initiatives.
• Addresses the community’s needs for solid waste disposal, clean air and other environmental needs and issues.

Water Committee

• Devotes special attention to the responsibilities and possible solutions related to the supply, development, pollution and restoration of all local water, drainage and sewage treatment needs.
• Disburses information concerning Tippecanoe County to interested parties.

Transportation Committee

• Identifies transportation issues.
• Supports and works with state and local officials in the endeavor to achieve and maintain excellence of roads, streets, highways, bridges, air travel, signage and railroads.
• Provides support for the Hoosier Heartland Highway and Highway 231 relocation.
