Are you a new business owner needing to develop a business plan, or have you been in business without the benefit of developing a business plan? This seminar is designed for any potential or current business owner needing the guidance of writing their business plan. Co-sponsored by the HHSBDC and the SCORE office of Greater Lafayette, you will hear from experts in the field on what needs to be included in the business plan, and tips on creating one.

Areas of discussion include describing in detail the various aspects of the business plan, including:

·         Executive Summary

·         Mission Statement

·         Company Overview

·         Management

·         Marketing

·         Operational Plan

 

Topics to be discussed are:

·         What needs to be included in the business plan? 

·         What are the areas that should be covered in the plan? 

·         How often should the plan be revised and updated? 

·         What type of business plan do I need?

 

REGISTRATION 

Pre-registration and payment are required BEFORE the workshop. Registration fees are refundable if you cancel 24 hours before the date of the workshop; otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
